Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller - Solar Solutions to join our sales team.

The role involves interacting with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their solar energy requirements, explaining PureSun India's solar solutions, following up on leads, addressing customer queries, and converting qualified leads into sales opportunities.





Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce PureSun India's solar solutions.
- Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements, budget, and interest in solar solutions.
- Explain the benefits, features, savings potential, and value proposition of solar solutions.
- Pitch suitable solar solutions based on customer requirements.
- Generate interest and qualify leads for further sales discussions or site visits.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and other appropriate communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales status.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products, installation, and solar solutions.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for customer visits and site surveys wherever required.
