Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities in domestic and international FMCG markets, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts, and driving revenue growth for Convertex’s product portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research,



analyzing competitor activity, developing and executing sales and expansion strategies, and preparing business proposals and presentations. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, production, and supply chain teams to align go-to-market plans, ensure product availability, and support promotional activities. The role also involves tracking performance against targets, reporting on sales metrics, and recommending initiatives to improve market penetration and brand visibility.
