Job description:
Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Jaipur
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets, P&L; statements, and financial reports.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting for financial planning.




- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.
- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Companies Act, and other regulations.
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and audit practices.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Robust communication and team management abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing.
