Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Creator who can translate complex financial and research concepts into clear, engaging content across social media, blogs, and internal branding materials. You'll work closely with the founder and research team to build a consistent, credible brand voice.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms — including posts, carousels, short videos, and captions
- Translate equity research insights and market commentary into accessible, audience-friendly content
- Maintain and evolve VJX Research's brand voice, visual identity, and content calendar
- Collaborate with analysts to source content ideas from ongoing research and market trends
- Write blog posts, newsletters, or LinkedIn articles on markets, research philosophy, and company updates
- Design or coordinate basic visual assets (graphics, infographics, short-form video) — using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data




- Support occasional documentation/branding needs (e.g., pitch decks, website copy)

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or related field
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex/technical topics
- Working knowledge of design and video tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar)
- Interest in finance, markets, or investing is a solid plus (training will be provided on research context)
- Self-starter who can work independently in a small, fast-paced team
- Comfortable with fast iteration and direct feedback from founder/leadership

Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for a B2B, fintech, or research-driven brand
- Basic understanding of equity markets or financial concepts
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
