Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and skilled Sales & Marketing Executive to lead market penetration and dealer expansion across North India. In this role, you will be responsible for pitch-selling artificial marble, visiting and onboarding potential dealers/stockists, and expanding our footprint across Delhi NCR, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, and neighboring northern states.

Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Network Development:Identify, meet, and onboard potential dealers, distributors, stockists, and retailers across North India (Delhi, J&K;, Punjab, etc.).
- Meetings & Field Visits: Regularly visit dealer premises and stockyards, presenting product samples, slab qualities, and composition advantages (powder, resin, hardener, grit blending).
- Relationship & Account Management:Maintain healthy relationships with existing dealers, manage order pipelines, handle credit cycles, and ensure timely payment collection.




- Market Intelligence:Monitor regional competitor activity, pricing structures, and emerging market trends in natural/artificial marble.
- Marble Industry Knowledge:Solid understanding of marble, engineered stone, quartz, and artificia stone products.
- Marketing Experience:2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing, field sales, or business development specifically within the marble / stone industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills:Superior verbal and written communication skills to present product advantages effectively to dealers, architects, and trade partners.
- Robust Negotiation Skills:Proven track record of closing sales deals, handling price negotiations, and managing dealer margins.
- Territory Exposure & Mobility:Familiarity with North Indian markets (Delhi, Punjab, J&K;) and willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
