Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Maintenance:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities of the utility cell line, including power generation, water treatment, compressed air systems, cooling towers, steam, and other related utilities.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operators, ensuring effective coordination and performance. Mentor and develop team members to ensure continuous improvement in both technical and operational skills.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
- Provide technical support and guidance to resolve issues in utility systems. Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
- Process Optimization:
- Continuously monitor utility systems and recommend measures to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce operational costs. Implement best practices to improve overall system performance.
- Safety & Compliance:




- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulatory requirements concerning utility operations. Monitor adherence to safety protocols and take proactive steps to mitigate risks.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage operational budgets for the utility cell line. Plan, allocate, and optimize resources effectively to meet operational goals within the allocated budget.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing system performance, operational challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Project Management:
- Lead and participate in utility-related projects, such as equipment upgrades, current installations, or process improvements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
