- Your Role_

As a Healthcare Growth Executive, you'll be the face of Monoskin in your territory. You'll work closely with dermatologists, introduce our products through scientific discussions, build lasting relationships and contribute directly to the company's growth.
- Key Responsibilities_
- Visit dermatologists and healthcare professionals daily.
- Present Monoskin products confidently and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
- Generate product prescriptions through scientific discussions.
- Introduce new products and promotional campaigns.




- Follow up with doctors after product sampling.
- Ensure product availability at nearby pharmacies.
- Plan and manage daily field visits efficiently.
- Achieve monthly sales and prescription targets.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Participate in regular training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
- Represent Monoskin with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity.
- Who We're Looking For_
- B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc., BBA, MBA or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Young, energetic and enthusiastic personality.
- Quick thinker with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Confident, self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable travelling within the assigned territory.
- Passionate about healthcare, sales and building long-term professional relationships.
