Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads for US Visitor Visa services.

Understand client travel requirements and recommend appropriate visa solutions.

Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face consultations with prospective clients.

Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.

Address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.

Stay updated with the latest US immigration and visa policies.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.





4-5 years of experience in US Visitor Visa sales or immigration consulting.

Proven sales and conversion track record.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong client counseling and relationship management abilities.

Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of other international visa categories will be an added advantage.

Experience in immigration consultancy, travel agencies, or visa service companies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Monthly sales revenue and target achievement.

Lead-to-client conversion ratio.

Client satisfaction and retention rates.

Timely follow-up and closure of inquiries.

Referral business generation.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
