Our product team is broadly dispersed throughout a variety of industries, including banking, NBFCs, fintech, and other fields. As an Associate Product Manager for the products and solutions in these verticals, you will have a crucial role to perform.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and understand business and client requirements and translate them into clear product requirements.
Perform Business Analysis (BA), including requirement gathering, process understanding, gap analysis, and documentation.
Work with clients to understand their challenges, expectations, and product requirements.
Identify opportunities for product enhancement and improvement based on client feedback, business requirements, and market trends.
Conduct market and competitor research to understand industry trends and identify potential product opportunities.
Work closely with the team to define user flows, wireframes, and product experiences.
Use Figma to create, review, or modify wireframes, prototypes, and basic UI/UX designs.




Ensure that product designs are aligned with business requirements and provide a positive user experience.
Prepare user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
Participate in product discussions, sprint planning, product reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer requirements, business impact, and feasibility.
Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and incorporate relevant feedback into product improvements.
Monitor the progress of product enhancements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely delivery.
Communicate product requirements, updates, and priorities effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

B.Tech/MBA or 1 years+ of related experience
