Position Overview:
The Quality Analyst - Non Voice is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and evaluating the quality of back-office healthcare operations related to Medical Records Requests, Paperwork Requests (FMLA & New Patient Paperwork), Incoming & Outgoing Faxes, and Patient Triage.



The analyst will review Electronic Medical Records (EMR), verify process compliance, ensure adherence to turnaround times, identify quality gaps, and recommend process improvements to maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Understanding:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of workflows related to:
- Medical Records Requests
- FMLA Paperwork Requests
- New Patient Paperwork
- Incoming & Outgoing Faxes
- Patient Triage
- Ensure all processes are performed in accordance with company policies, SOPs, HIPAA guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Quality Audits:
- Perform detailed quality audits within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of documentation for all assigned workflows.
- Ensure requests are processed according to established quality standards and turnaround time
