Role Overview

Handle recruitment, lead generation, and business development for the US market.

Key Responsibilities
- Screening, shortlisting & interview coordination
- Lead generation & client prospecting US market
- Pipeline management & follow-ups
- Support sales & business development activities

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in US recruitment / sales / BD / lead generation preferred
- Solid communication & client-handling skills
- Target-driven and career-focused
- Immediate joiners preferred
