We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Architect.

Experience: 2-7 Years

Location: Goregaon

Salary: 20-40k

Meet with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget.

Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed construction documents.

Prepare 2D and 3D designs using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.

Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

Review project specifications, materials, and construction methods.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent.

Address design changes, technical issues, and client requests during project execution.

Prepare project presentations, reports, and cost estimates.

Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.

Promote sustainable and energy-efficient design practices where applicable.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree is an advantage).

Licensed Architect (as required by local regulations).

Proven experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.

Solid knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and industry best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with sustainable or green building design.

Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.

Project budgeting and cost control.

Leadership and team collaboration skills.
