Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall sales activities and daily operations of the Ahmedabad branch.
- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Assign leads and sales targets to team members.
- Monitor customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations and booking conversions.
- Develop strategies to increase sales of domestic and international tour packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, travel agents and business partners.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Train sales executives on destinations, packages, customer handling and sales techniques.
- Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers.
- Handle important customer queries, complaints and escalations.
- Coordinate with the operations, ticketing, visa and accounts teams for smooth booking execution.




- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Identify new markets, corporate clients and business development opportunities.
- Ensure that the branch follows company policies, processes and service standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new sales employees.
