- Primary Responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and evolve scalable, resilient, cloud‑native solutions that meet enterprise functional, performance, security, and compliance requirements
- Build and integrate automated workflows and enterprise‑approved AI capabilities to streamline engineering processes and reduce manual effort
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, changes, and problem records in accordance with ITSM best practices
- Collaborate with security,



systems management, ITAM, support teams, and vendors to develop roadmap and deliver stable, well‑supported enterprise solutions
- Evaluate emerging trends in cloud architecture, automation, and AI to inform solution design and drive strategic innovation
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and troubleshooting guides
