About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities at our real estate project site.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries and site books.
- Handle cash book, petty cash and daily site expenses.
- Verify and process vendor, contractor and supplier bills.
- Maintain vendor and contractor ledgers.
- Track project-wise expenses and payments.
- Handle purchase invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
- Maintain records of construction material purchases and expenses.
- Process contractor and labour payment records.
- Perform bank and party ledger reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site/project teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly expense reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of bills and vouchers.




- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance work.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide accounting information to management.
- Coordinate with the head office for payments, accounting entries and documentation.
- Support auditors and CA team whenever required.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST and TDS.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Experience with vendor/contractor accounting.
- Valuable understanding of cash and bank reconciliation.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in real estate or construction accounting will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently at a project site.
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
- 2-5 years of accounting experience.
- Previous experience with a real estate developer, builder or construction company preferred.
