_Job Summary_
- Key Responsibilities_
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
- Assist with guest check-in and provide orientation on resort facilities, activities, services, and resort guidelines.
- Understand guest preferences, special requests, and service expectations to deliver personalized experiences.
- Provide attentive support to families, children, senior citizens, and guests requiring special assistance.
- Monitor guest comfort throughout their stay and proactively resolve concerns.
- Coordinate room readiness and conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure rooms meet quality standards before guest check-in.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Interact with guests during resort activities and encourage participation in recreational and entertainment programs.
- Operate and manage entertainment and projector systems during guest events, where applicable.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth dining experience and collect guest feedback.




- Assist in organizing and hosting campfire sessions, evening entertainment, and guest engagement activities.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Collect guest feedback, reviews, and suggestions during the stay and at checkout to support continuous service improvement.
- Qualifications & Skills_
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Robust interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multitask
