Your Mission: As a Franchise Channel Sales Manager, you will:

Manage end-to-end franchise & channel partner acquisition
Convert inbound leads into signed franchise agreements
Sell a business chance, not a service
Handle pitching, negotiations, objections, and closures independently
Ensure smooth handover from sale → onboarding → activation




Hit aggressive monthly acquisition targets
Track every lead, follow-up, and closure in CRM

What You’ll Be Selling: You’ll be selling territory-based franchise / channel partnerships to:
Entrepreneurs
Business owners
Senior professionals
Investors
You must be comfortable discussing:
ROI
Unit economics
Scalability
Long-term partnership value

Non-Negotiable Requirements
Proven experience in franchise sales / channel sales / B2B deal closures
Clear track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Comfort with 6-day workweeks and fast-paced execution
Discipline in CRM and pipeline tracking
Thick skin and high emotional resilience

Freshers and support-only sales profiles should not apply.

Compensation & Work Structure
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA + aggressive incentives
Weekly incentive payouts (no waiting cycles)
In-office role (Andheri, Mumbai)
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
