About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead property sourcing and channel partner development for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with a real estate developer or mandate projects and a proven track record in sourcing, team handling, and generating business through Channel Partners (CPs).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a strong network of Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and property consultants.
Identify and onboard new CPs to increase project sourcing and sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Channel Partners.
Drive sourcing activities for developer and mandate projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing and revenue targets.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and property/project briefings with CPs.




Generate leads and business opportunities through the CP network.
Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer demand.
Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and closing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Track CP performance and develop strategies to improve productivity.
Conduct regular market visits and maintain solid local market knowledge.
Prepare sourcing reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure healthy and consistent business flow from the Channel Partner network.
Required Skills & Experience
2–10 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales.
Experience working with a real estate developer or mandate sales company is preferred.
Strong network of Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants in Noida/Gurgaon.
Proven ability to achieve sourcing and business targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
