We are seeking a highly motivated coordinating
individual to join the Onboarding and Implementation Team. This role is
responsible for executing customer onboarding who have availed compliance
related services, end‑to‑end implementation activities, and ensuring successful
delivery of projects to the dedicated support teams. The ideal candidate is
detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and proactive, with strong ownership of
deliverables.

A must-have skill for
this role has excellent communication skills, strong documentation capabilities,
and quick responsiveness to stakeholders (internal and external).

Requirements
1. Key Responsibilities

A. Implementation
& Delivery - Initiate communication on a daily to weekly basis with client
to begin service and gather all the necessary information.

B. Translate
business requirements into transparent, actionable specifications and document every
process

C. Coordinate
activities between client and processing teams within the company to complete
the activity.

D. Own
delivery timelines and ensure milestones are achieved without delay and




escalations

E. Stakeholder
Management - Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, cross-functional
teams, field executives and other internal stakeholders

F. Maintain
high responsiveness across email, chat, and project channels.

2. Minimum
Qualifications

A. 2
- 5 years of experience in client handling, implementation, onboarding,
consulting, account management, or related fields.

B. Strong
written and verbal communication skills (non‑negotiable).

C. Ability
to document processes and client requirements with clarity and structure.

D. Proven
quick responsiveness and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.

E. Comfort
working cross-functionally with finance, processing teams, field executives,
and product teams.

F. Ability
to understand technical concepts and translate them for non-technical
stakeholders

G. Experience
with project management tools such as Excel and Word.
