HR Executive Nurture a Tradition of Work Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Talent Acquisition & recruiting Coordination/: To effectively fill open requisitions, source candidates via job portals, social media, and recruiting drives; conduct initial phone screenings; set up panel interviews; and manage the whole recruitment funnel. Execution of Onboarding, Orientation, and Offboarding/: Oversee the full lifecycle of recent hiring, including offer letters, background checks, orientation programs, and seamless exit clearance and interview processes for existing employees. HR Operations & Employee Records Management/: Create operational HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates; maintain accurate employee files and update HR Information Systems; and help process monthly payroll attendance/leave inputs. Employee Engagement & Relations/: Plan wellness initiatives, team/-building exercises,



and recognition events; serve as a readily available point of contact for employee concerns; and help resolve workplace complaints or policy enquiries in compliance with corporate policies.
