We are seeking a distinguished Quality Head to lead our hospital's commitment to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. This pivotal role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive quality assurance frameworks that align with the highest healthcare standards. Responsibilities
Develop and enforce organization-wide quality policies, procedures, and performance metrics to ensure adherence to national and international healthcare standards.
Lead the recruitment, training, and development of healthcare staff, ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver superior patient services.




Conduct regular audits and inspections of clinical and non-clinical processes to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with department heads to resolve operational challenges and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Monitor key performance indicators related to quality, safety, and staffing efficiency, providing detailed reports to senior leadership.
Manage the hospital's staffing lifecycle, from onboarding to performance reviews, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
Facilitate training programs to keep staff updated on the latest medical protocols, safety guidelines, and quality management systems.
Serve as the primary liaison for external regulatory bodies during inspections and accreditation processes.
