Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of corporate salary accounts, ensuring timely processing and resolution of customer queries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of banking products.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and acquiring new clients for current accounts, saving accounts, and other financial services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-8 years' experience in branch banking or related field.
- Solid knowledge of corporate salary structures and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
