Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Acquisition: Generate home loan leads via open market channels, real estate builders, brokers, and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales executives or territory managers to achieve regional and individual targets.
- Loan Processing: Coordinate closely with credit, risk, legal, and technical evaluation teams to ensure smooth file clearance and rapid loan disbursal.
- Portfolio Quality: Conduct primary financial and business assessments of applicants to maintain healthy portfolio metrics and prevent non-performing assets (NPAs).
- Relationship Management: Build long-term networks with key connectors, housing developers, and bank branch managers to secure recurring referral channels.
