- Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of batteries, inverters, UPS, and related power-electronics products at customer locations.
- Attend and resolve service complaints within defined TAT, ensuring high First-Time Fix Rate and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, and internal teams for effective complaint resolution and provide technical support/product guidance.
- Maintain service reports, identify recurring technical issues, and share field feedback with the Service, Quality, and Product teams.
