Manage plant power distribution – HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, Stabilizer, and cabling for shop floor.
Ensure motor control centers (MCCs) for fan test cells, balancing machines, welding stations, paint booths are protected and reliable.
Handle VFD programming and troubleshooting for variable-speed fan testing.
Maintain earthing, lightning protection, and electrical safety as per IE Rules and local regulations.

Plan energy conservation measures (power factor correction, LED lighting, efficient motors).

Lead preventive & predictive maintenance for all production equipment:
o Dynamic balancing machines (hard-bearing, so-bearing)
o CNC machines (sha turning, hub boring)
o Welding robots & manual welding stations
o Overhead cranes, forklis, air compressors
o Paint booth exhaust fans & air make-up units
Implement CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders, spare parts inventory, and MTBF/MTTR tracking.
Conduct root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns – use 5Why, FMEA, or fishbone.
Manage annual shutdown maintenance and equipment overhauls.
Lead a team of electricians, fiers, and maintenance supervisors.
