We are looking for a results-driven Outlet Managers to oversee operations, lead our team, and boost profitability
Locations: Panvel, Mumbai Central, Goregaon, Versova, Chakala, Kanakia, Borivali, Kandivali
What Youll Do:
- Run Operations: Manage daily openings, staff rosters, and cash tallying.
- Drive Sales: Maximize revenue, update Swiggy/Zomato, and minimize returns.
- Lead the Team: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to handle peak season pressure.
- Manage Stock: Track inventory handovers and eliminate expired/damaged products.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure top-tier hygiene, customer satisfaction, and equipment maintenance.
What We Need:
- 2+ years experience in F&B;, retail, or hospitality management.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
- Familiarity with inventory control, daily reporting, and food delivery apps.
