Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard recent partners through on-ground acquisition activities.
- Travel extensively to nearby villages and surrounding areas for partner acquisition and onboarding.
- Drive Top-of-the-Funnel (ToF) activities to generate quality leads.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end partner acquisition and onboarding process.

- Proactive and self-driven attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
