We’re Hiring | Customer Service Intern KIDBEA® is looking for a Customer Service Intern who is confident, enthusiastic, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the team.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred.
