Quality Incharge jobs at chennai 2026 JD/: Lead Quality Inspection and Quality Control routines across sheet metal, fabrication, and assembly lines. Perform defect root/-cause analysis utilizing 8D Analysis and implement CAPA /(Corrective and Preventive Action/) procedures. Drive Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor to minimize operational defects and waste. Inspect incoming raw materials, in/-process assemblies, and finished bus door systems before dispatch. Supervise quality inspectors and align manufacturing practices with company quality standards. Maintain detailed CAPA logs, non/-conformance reports /(NCR/), and daily quality inspection logs. Regards, Nedhra /- HR All the best
