Electronics Engineer Ensure Applied Electronics Novelties Job Description The main "Electronics Reliability Anchor, PCB Diagnostics Specialist, Hardware Systems Engine & Electronic Equipment Guardian" for our manufacturing plant operations is the Electronics Engineer Industrial Electronics, PCB Assembly, Embedded Systems & Hardware Troubleshooting Specialist. Your main responsibility is to design, test, repair, troubleshoot, and optimise electronic hardware, printed circuit board assemblies /(PCBA/), embedded controllers, sensor networks, and industrial electronic control units, while engineering directors and senior technology managers set up broad automation frameworks, capital budgets, and product design strategies. As the "Guardian of Hardware Reliability, Signal Integrity, Electronic Component Quality, and Shop/-Floor Electronics Maintenance," you assume direct responsibility for guaranteeing faultless electronic hardware performance and averting electronic component failures throughout production lines and final goods.



Responsibilities Electronic Hardware Design & Troubleshooting/: Test, diagnose, fix, and optimise printed circuit board assemblies /(PCBAs/), power supplies, inverter drives, signal conditioning modules, and electronic circuits down to the component level. Program, debug, and validate microcontrollers, DSPs, and industrial communication interfaces that are integrated into manufactured goods or plant machinery. This is known as embedded systems and firmware validation. Benchtop Testing & Quality Verification/: To confirm voltage levels, signal integrity, and timing characteristics, use sophisticated bench equipment such as digital storage oscilloscopes, logic analysers, function generators, multimeters, and LCR meters. PCB Repair, Soldering, and Modification/: Complete board reworks, engineering change orders, and exact soldering and desoldering of surface/-mount devices and through/-hole components.
