Role Description This is a full-time, in office ORM + Social Media role based in Mumbai. The role involves monitoring and managing online brand reputation across social platforms and review sites, responding to customer queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner, and escalating issues when needed. Responsibilities include planning and creating social media content, scheduling posts, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The position also requires tracking social media and ORM metrics,



collaborating with marketing and creative teams on campaigns, and providing regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience in running and optimizing campaigns.
Ability in Social Media Content Creation, including planning, writing, and collaborating on visual assets.
Solid foundation in Marketing principles and brand positioning.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions and stakeholder updates professionally.
Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), including social listening and handling reviews or feedback.
