Job Description:

Position: CNC Programmer

Location: Degam nearby Vapi

Experience: 4 - 5 years

Industries: Plastic

Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs (e.g., using Mastercam, Siemens NX, or similar software) for milling, turning, and multi-axis machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and 3D models to determine machining strategies.
- Select appropriate tools, speeds, feeds, and fixtures for various materials (e.g., titanium, stainless steel, PEEK).
- Collaborate with design and quality engineers to ensure manufacturability and compliance with medical device standards.
- Support setup and prove-out of new programs on the shop floor; work with machinists during first-article inspection (FAI) processes.
- Maintain documentation for validation and traceability in accordance with ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.




- Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machining issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability and reduce cycle times.
- Ensure all machining operations meet or exceed internal quality standards and customer specifications.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/ITI - Mechanical

Salary: - Upto 4.80 LPA
