Dimensional Inspection & Quality Assurance/: To guarantee compliance with drawing tolerances, conduct ongoing first/-piece and run/-time dimensional checks using precision measuring tools. Tooling & Offset Management/: Use pre/-setters or touch probes to assess tool length/diameter offsets, repair worn carbide inserts, end mills, drills, and taps, keep an eye on milling cutter wear, and modify controller wear offsets to preserve dimensional accuracy. Routine Maintenance & 5S Workplace Discipline/:
