Your main responsibility is to accurately post payments, contractual adjustments, write/-offs, and patient deductibles received from insurance payers and patients into medical billing software, while RCM managers and finance directors supervise overall revenue strategy and financial audits. As the "Guardian of Financial Accuracy, Payment Posting Speed, Cash Reconciliation Integrity, and Zero Posting Discrepancies," you assume direct responsibility for making sure that all incoming funds are appropriately distributed to patient accounts. Responsibilities ERA and Manual EOB Payment Posting/: Accurately and quickly post insurance payments, contractual allowances, co/-pays,



coinsurance, deductibles, and non/-covered amounts into medical billing software. Batch Reconciliation & Cash Balancing/: To guarantee 100% financial reconciliation, balance daily posted batches against bank deposit sheets, lockbox statements, merchant processing accounts, and electronic funds transfer /(EFT/) notices. Denial Identification & AR Routing/: During posting, identify claim denials, zero/-payment vouchers, partial payments, and inaccurate insurance adjustments.
