HR Executive High/-Performance HR Team Job Description The main "Talent Sourcing, Onboarding, Employee Engagement & HR Compliance Anchor" for our company's operations is the HR Executive Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle Management, HR Operations & Compliance Specialist. Your main responsibility is to carry out end/-to/-end hiring, coordinate onboarding processes, manage employee data records, administer leave and attendance, handle grievance enquiries, and guarantee compliance with labour laws, while HR managers and directors create macro/-level human resource strategies and compensation frameworks. As the "Guardian of Employee Lifecycle Smoothness, HR Data Accuracy, Recruitment Velocity, and Workplace Compliance," you assume direct responsibility for overseeing all employees' daily HR operations. Key Duties Complete Talent Acquisition & Recruitment/: Find, evaluate, and shortlist applicants thru LinkedIn, job portals, and recommendations; plan interviews, make preliminary screening calls, and handle correspondence with candidates. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management/:



Carry out seamless onboarding procedures for current hires, such as the creation of offer letters, background checks, document gathering, ID card issue, and induction scheduling. HR Operations & Attendance Administration/: Work with finance departments to oversee daily attendance records, leave approvals, shift rotations, and input for monthly payroll processing. Statutory Compliance & Personnel Record Keeping/: Support internal HR audits, manage statutory compliance paperwork /(PF, ESI, professional tax, labour regulations/), and keep current employee physical and digital personnel files. Grievance and Employee Engagement Resolution/: Manage full/-and/-final /(F&F;/) settlement paperwork, assist in planning engagement events, facilitate exit interviews, and support employee grievance resolution.
