The role involves contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve claim issues, following up on pending or denied claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement. AR Callers will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, analyzing claims, and working closely with the billing team to reduce accounts receivable days. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills in English, knowledge of healthcare/medical billing processes,



and the ability to work in a quick/-paced setting. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome, while prior experience in AR calling or US healthcare process will be an added advantage. Skills Required/: Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written. Strong analytical and problem/-solving abilities to resolve claim issues.
