Your Role

Lead SAP AMS Engagements – Manage end-to-end SAP Application Management Services (AMS) engagements, ensuring smooth Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Client & Delivery Management – Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, managing stakeholders, risks, issues, dependencies, and service performance.
Program & Financial Ownership – Drive program planning, budgeting, financial reporting, P&L; management, profitability, and margin improvement initiatives.
Team Leadership & Agile Delivery – Lead multiple Scrum teams, mentor resources, ensure delivery excellence,



and promote Agile/Scrum best practices.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement – Drive automation, operational excellence, process improvements, quality governance, and SAP transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

Overall Experience 12-14 Years Needed
SAP Techno-Functional Expertise – Hands-on experience in any SAP module with strong exposure to both ECC and S/4HANA environments.
SAP AMS & Service Management – Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Application Management engagements, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Program & Financial Management – Strong experience in program planning, SOW creation, budget management, P&L; ownership, financial reporting, and risk management.
Leadership & Agile Delivery – Expertise in leading cross-functional teams, Scrum delivery, stakeholder management; PMP/ITIL preferred, Scrum Master certification desirable.
