Creo Design Engineer Industrial Equipment Development Job Description Who you are/: Using skeleton models, family tables, and top/-down design approach, create intricate 3D parametric parts, heavy castings, sheet metal components, weldments, and large/-scale mechanical assemblies in PTC Creo Parametric. Create precise sheet metal flat patterns, use Design for Manufacturability and Assembly principles, do draft/thickness analysis for cast/molded parts, and create jigs, fixtures, or press tooling to assist shop/-floor production. Using ASME Y14.5 GD&T; standards, cross/-section views, exploded assembly layouts, and tolerance stack/-up analysis, produce manufacturing/-ready 2D production drawings from 3D Creo models. To maximise material utilisation, guarantee structural safety margins,



and carry out mechanism motion checks for agile interference, use Creo Simulate to perform fundamental structural stress and displacement analysis.
