Job description /: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail/-oriented individual to join our team as an AR Caller Trainee in the medical billing domain. The ideal candidate should be a fresher with no prior experience required. This position is based in Chennai. Roles and Responsibility /: Handle accounts receivable calls to resolve outstanding payments and ensure timely resolution of pending bills. Utilize knowledge of medical billing processes to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively. Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent communication skills. Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
