Electrical Technician Continuous Improvement & TPM Job Description Experience/: 0 to 3 yrs Salary/: Based on Company Norms Education/: Diploma/BE in EEE Location/: In And Around Chennai Your Duties/: Preventive and Corrective Electrical Maintenance/: Check plant electrical panels, motor control centers /(MCC/), distribution boards, transformers, diesel generators and lighting systems on a regular basis and make quick corrective repairs. Control Panel Wiring & Equipment Troubleshooting/: To install, wire, diagnose, and fix control panels, contactors, overload relays, circuit breakers /(ACB/MCCB/), timers, and pushbuttons, read electrical circuit diagrams and single/-line schematics. Motor, VFD, and Starter Maintenance/: Across production lines, test, wire, install, and troubleshoot AC/DC motors, VFDs, soft starters, DOL starters, and Star/-Delta starter circuits.



Field Wiring, Cable Laying, and Sensor Calibration/: Install field cable trays, lay conduit, gland and terminate cables, and swap out malfunctioning thermocouples, photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and limit switches.
