High/-Growth Fabrication Company/: E&I; Technician Job Description/: Responsibilities/: Preventive and Corrective E&I; Maintenance/: On field electrical panels, process instruments, distribution boards, motors, and automated control loops, conduct regular preventive maintenance checks, zero/span calibrations, and prompt corrective repairs. Process Transmitter & Instrument Calibration/: Use HART communicators and precision loop calibrators to calibrate, test, install, and align pressure, differential pressure, level, flow /(magnetic, ultrasonic, vortex/), and temperature /(RTD/Thermocouple/) transmitters. Examine, test, repair, and calibrate control valves, pneumatic actuators, I/P converters, electro/-pneumatic positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves /(SOVs/) as part of a control valve and pneumatic system overhaul.
