DFMA, Tooling & Casting/Moulding Design/: Create accurate sheet metal flat patterns, use Design for Manufacturability and Assembly principles, do draft/thickness analysis for cast/moulded parts, and create jigs, fixtures, or press tooling to assist shop/-floor production. 2D Detailing, GD&T; & Tolerance Stack/-Up/: Using ASME Y14.5 GD&T; standards, cross/-section views, exploded assembly layouts, and tolerance stack/-up analysis,



create manufacturing/-ready 2D production drawings from 3D Creo models. CreoSimulate & Mechanism Analysis/: To maximise material consumption, guarantee structural safety margins, and carry out mechanism motion checks for dynamic interference, use Creo Simulate to perform fundamental structural stress and displacement analysis.
