About the Role
Golden Mongkhon International LLP is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to build strategic partnerships and generate sponsorship revenue across our combat sports events, properties, and initiatives.
This is a performance-driven role for individuals who are confident in sales, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential sponsors across relevant industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
• Present sponsorship opportunities and develop customized partnership proposals.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sponsorship agreements.
• Build and manage a healthy sponsorship sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of signed partnerships for execution.
• Represent Golden Mongkhon International LLP at meetings, networking events,
and industry engagements.
• Achieve agreed sponsorship revenue targets.
Requirements
• Experience in sponsorship sales, business development, corporate sales, advertising sales, or partnership management is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships professionally.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving results.
• Familiarity with sports, events, or the marketing industry is an added advantage.
Compensation
This is an *incentive-based position* with *no fixed salary. Earnings are directly linked to successful sponsorship deals closed, offering unlimited earning potential* based on performance.
