Responsibilities

Design and document the processes the team runs on
Manage vendors, tooling and the costs attached to them
Run the operating cadence: planning, reviews, follow-through
Own internal reporting so everyone sees the same numbers
Remove recurring friction rather than working around it

Requirements

3+ years in operations, programme or project management
Ability to build process that helps rather than bureaucratises
Solid written documentation habits
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Preferred Skills

Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

Startup operations experience
Automation and no-code tooling
Analytics or BI familiarity
