Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google and YouTube end to end
Write and test creative that speaks like an aspirant, not a brochure
Improve landing-page conversion in partnership with product and design
Report CAC and payback honestly, including when a channel isn't working
Find the channels nobody in this category is using well yet

Requirements

3+ years running paid acquisition with real budget ownership
Solid analytics instincts; you can tell signal from noise
Copywriting ability — you brief creative by writing it first
Experience with attribution and its limits

Preferred Skills

Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.





Edtech or subscription-product experience
Familiarity with Indian regional targeting and languages
Lifecycle and retention marketing
