Responsibilities

Author and review PYQ solutions and practice sets across Quant and DILR
Design difficulty progressions that mirror the real exam honestly
Set the editorial bar and hold external contributors to it
Fix content that student data shows is confusing
Keep the bank current as exam patterns shift

Requirements

Deep CAT Quant and DILR expertise — a strong percentile of your own, or years teaching it
Exceptional written explanation; you make hard things feel inevitable
Editorial discipline and a high tolerance for detail
Experience reviewing others' work constructively

Preferred Skills

Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.





Experience at a coaching institute or content company
Comfort reading item-level performance data
LaTeX or structured content authoring
