Growth Associate

Responsibilities

Run structured experiments across SEO, referrals, community and onboarding
Own the referral programme and improve its conversion
Build the content-to-signup path with the content team
Instrument funnels properly so results are trustworthy
Kill experiments quickly when the data says so

Requirements

1+ years in growth, marketing or an analytical role
Genuine comfort with data and basic statistics
Bias to shipping experiments rather than planning them
Clear written communication of results

Preferred Skills

Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

SQL or a no-code analytics tool
Community building experience with student audiences




Basic HTML/CSS for landing-page iteration
