Maintenance and Preventative Servicing/: To avoid system failures, carry out planned preventative maintenance procedures, such as filter replacements, coil cleaning, belt adjustments, motor lubrication, burner cleaning and condensate drain cleansing. Equipment Repair & Component Replacement/: In accordance with technical codes, fix or replace damaged compressors, fan motors, blower wheels, capacitors, relays, expansion valves, thermostats, circuit boards, and electrical wiring. Refrigerant Management & EPA Compliance/: Strictly follow EPA Section 608 rules and environmental regulations when performing leak detection, system evacuation, vacuum pulling,
