To avoid machine collisions, load CNC programs /(Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Heidenhain/), examine code blocks, execute dry runs in the air, confirm feed and speed rates, and modify single/-block and optional stop settings. Complete initial machining runs, use precision metrology tools to conduct thorough dimensional audits on the first/-off component in comparison to drawing specifications, and obtain Quality Assurance /(QA/)
