Execution of Insurance Follow/-Up and Escalation/: To monitor the status of claim adjudication and speed up processing, contact insurance claims departments by phone, online, or through interactive voice response systems. Denial Management & Root Cause Analysis/: Examine EOB/ERA denial codes, carry out root cause analysis for underpaid or unpaid claims, and direct underlying coding or billing errors to the relevant internal teams.
